Senior Project Manager

Education/Experience
Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent in architectural interior design or construction; or ten to fifteen years minimum related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and on-site job or construction experience must be able to detail drawings or correct documentation by hand and redline for accuracy.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret interior construction documentation in CAD 2006 and all technical construction journals, reports. Understands interior scope documentation and has ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write concise meeting notes and minutes that conform to KLA’s prescribed style and format.

Math Ability:
Ability to convert documents into metric scale. Must be versed in all common architectural conversion scales. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions into interior construction documentation..

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of AutoCAD 2006, all Microsoft Office Word Processing software, Project Management Software such as Excel Spreadsheet software and all typical Internet software.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises all Production and CAD staff for the particular project assigned. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Works in conjunction with the Director of Design and Director of CAD.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
